my approach

What changes do you want to make? Are you waiting for others to change so your life will improve?

Helping individuals. Become more self-aware. Accept all aspects of who you are. Explore what feels good and strong, and what feels weak or insecure. The key is acceptance. The more we accept all aspects of ourselves, the more we can accept others and understand our interconnectedness.

Coaching executives and leaders. Learn how to set achievable goals. Explore how your behavior is impacting your organization. Develop meaningful and realistic improvement plans that will motivate you and your team to carry out.

Partnering with management teams. Come together in a collaborative spirit and inspire your staff to do the same. A strong team is creative, fun, productive and in a better position to handle the inevitable disagreements and setbacks.

Facilitating groups. Using humor and wisdom from years of experience, I lead discussions about many unique topics, including community development issues and race, strategic planning and collaboration across organizational silos. I help people feel connected, and by fostering respectful engagement, your group’s understanding of differences deepens. It is amazing what you can achieve.
